- Bad Mom Added December 06, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Our children recently attended this school. The only positive I can say is that for most part, teachers of Queensland Independent College are great. They do the best they can with absolutely NO leadership. The leadership of this school have made so many promises over the past many years and none of them have come into fruition. Do not believe anything the leadership/board tell you. We have been promised classrooms for years, computers, specialist teachers, gifted and learning support programs. None of this has come into fruition. Students are leaving in droves as are the staff, many without notice. Do yourself a favour, turn around and run as fast as you can in the opposite direction!!
